Meet our principal lawyer, Nasima.
Admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in April 2010, Nasima has been practising law for a number of years. Since her admission, she has worked as a Lawyer solely in private practice predominantly providing legal advice and representation to families in need. Although Nasima has practiced in a number of different areas, her passion for practising family law and assisting families specially where children are involved, led her to studying her Masters in Family Law. Nasima successfully graduated with her Masters in Family Law in 2017. Nasima provides practical and strategic legal advice that is easy to understand. With her strong advocacy skills and determined nature, she is able to negotiate and settle matters before they go to Court. Should the matter be such that specialist legal advice is needed, she has direct access to highly experienced barristers who are able to join the team and provide expert advice and representation. Being a strong advocate for alternative dispute resolution, Nasima has continued to build on her experience in negotiation and settlement. She has assisted with the settlement of a number of complex matters at mediation.
